2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://askara.solutions (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Askara Solutions OÜ and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

4. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use.

We do not guarantee that:

These disclaimers cover the Website and what is published on it. They do not cover an agent you buy from us. An agent carries the warranty given in clause 6 of the Agent Fleet Agreement, which is that it works materially as described on its product page at the date you buy it. Nothing on this page reduces that warranty or any refund owed under it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Askara Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else Estonian law does not permit to be limited, including intentional or grossly negligent breach. Where local mandatory law would make any limit here unenforceable, it applies to the fullest extent that law allows rather than failing altogether.

This section is about your use of the Website. Liability for an agent you have bought is dealt with separately, in clause 6 of the Agent Fleet Agreement, which limits it to the amount you paid for that agent.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. If changes are significant, we will provide notice on our site or via email if applicable.

Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

The European Commission used to run an online dispute resolution platform. It closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available, so there is no longer a link to give you.

If you are dealing with us as a consumer and you live in Estonia, you can bring a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help, and the European Commission publishes a directory of dispute resolution bodies. None of this affects your right to go to a court in Estonia instead.

Relationship to the Agent Licence

These Terms govern your use of the Website. They do not govern an agent you buy from us. A purchased agent is governed by the Agent Fleet Agreement, published at askara.solutions/licence, which you accept at the point of purchase. Where these Terms and that licence differ about the agent, the licence governs.

An agent is digital content, supplied immediately on payment rather than on a physical medium. You ask for delivery to begin at once, and once it has begun you lose any statutory right to withdraw that would otherwise apply to a distance purchase of digital content. The licence also records that you are buying for business purposes, in which case that right does not arise at all. Both points are set out in clause 7 of the licence, and neither reduces the warranty in clause 6 or any refund owed under it.

Reporting Illegal Content

If you believe that anything on the Website is illegal, infringes your intellectual property, or otherwise should not be published, you can tell us. This is also the address that authorities should use to reach Askara Solutions about content on the Website, including under the Digital Services Act.

You can write to us in English or Estonian. It helps if you tell us what the content is, where on the Website you found it, and why you think it should be removed. We acknowledge every report we receive.

A person decides what happens next. No decision to remove content, or to decline a report, is made solely by automated means. If you disagree with what we decide, you can appeal by replying to the decision we send you, and someone who was not involved the first time will look at it again. Nothing here limits your right to take the matter to a court in Estonia instead.
