At Askara Solutions, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use this website.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you send us an enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy an agent. This may include your name, email address, company information and your message. We do not receive or hold your compliance content: our agents run in your own Claude Code against data you already own, so there is no Askara Solutions tenant holding your registers, and nothing to migrate if you stop.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure data transmission, and regular security audits. As a compliance-focused company, we maintain the highest standards of data protection in line with ISO 27001 principles.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate this website and respond to you
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights
  • In connection with a business transfer or acquisition

When you send us an enquiry through a contact form on this site, your name, email address, company name, enquiry type, message and the page you sent it from are recorded in Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia/EU), the customer relationship management system we use to respond to enquiries and track the conversation. If that record cannot be created, we receive your enquiry by email instead so that it still reaches us.

Every enquiry also passes through Brevo (Brevo SAS, France/EU), the email service we use. Brevo sends you confirmation that we received your enquiry, and delivers the enquiry to us, so it receives your name, email address, company name, enquiry type and message. If you ask us to keep you updated, Brevo also holds your email address on our newsletter list until you unsubscribe.

When you buy an agent, the payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland) on a checkout page Stripe hosts. Stripe receives the name, billing address, VAT number and card details you enter there, and calculates any VAT due. Your card details never reach our servers. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your email address so that we can give you access to what you bought, and Brevo sends you that access link. Buying an agent does not add you to our newsletter list. You join that list only by ticking a marketing opt-in on one of our forms and confirming through the email Brevo then sends you.

When you use the support form, your name, email address, issue type, message and any file you attach are recorded in Linear (Linear Orbit, Inc., United States), the issue tracker our team works from.

We also use analytics and marketing tools that set cookies in your browser. Those are listed separately, with the data each one receives, under Cookies and Tracking Technologies below.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of certain communications from us. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website. These are managed through our cookie consent banner, which you can access at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the site footer.

Consent preferences are stored in a cookie on the .askara.solutions domain and shared across all Askara Solutions sites. We use three categories of cookies:

Essential cookies (always active)

These are required for the website to function. They cannot be disabled.

  • askara_consent: Stores your cookie consent preferences for 6 months.
  • sidebar:state: Remembers navigation sidebar state for 7 days.
  • nis2_guide_token: Authenticates access to the NIS2 applicability guide after form submission. HttpOnly, expires after 7 days. Scoped to /nis2-guide.
  • skills_access_token: Authenticates access to the Risk Investigation Agent skill download after Stripe purchase. HttpOnly, expires after 12 months. Scoped to /.

Analytics cookies (optional, requires your consent)

These help us understand how visitors use the site. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA): Measurement ID G-T2490CGCP9. Loaded and managed through Google Tag Manager. Collects page views, session data, and user journey information. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*, _gid (2-year retention).
  • Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, USA): Container ID GTM-TQ2QSBVQ. Single deployment mechanism for all third-party tracking tools on this site. Does not itself set analytics cookies.

Marketing cookies (optional, requires your consent)

These support our marketing and newsletter operations.

  • Brevo Tracker(Brevo SAS, France/EU): Tracks newsletter engagement and marketing interactions for subscribers. Data is processed under Brevo's privacy terms.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer. Withdrawing consent will remove any non-essential cookies that have been set.

Performance monitoring (cookieless, no consent required)

Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA): Cookieless, privacy-friendly performance monitoring. Measures Core Web Vitals and page views without setting any cookies or collecting personally identifiable information. Does not require consent.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date.
